Ecstatic Dance

Join us for a Radically Radiant Ecstatic Dance Experience, featuring yoga, meditation, and movement Teacher Donita and DJ Jewel, an evening of embodied freedom, soulful movement, and community connection.

Ecstatic Dance is a mindfulness practice rooted in embodied meditation, where music becomes the guide and your body becomes the expression. It is playful, deeply connective, liberating, and filled with delight. 

​

We begin in a circle, sharing a warm and grounding guided meditation to help you drop into your body and breath.

​

We’ll then enter into an hour minutes of freeform ecstatic dance designed to invite you inward, awaken creativity, and liberate your spirit through movement. We’ll close our journey together in a community circle, integrating the energy of the evening with stillness, gratitude, and reflection.

All are welcome.

All are invited to participate with an open heart.

What to Bring:

A full water bottle, comfortable clothing you can sit, stretch, move, and dance in, optional personal items for comfort — extra mat, sticky socks, socks, lightweight layers, etc.,

The studio provides yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets if needed.
