I offer a no-questions-asked sliding scale so that you can choose the rate that feels both sustainable for you, honoring me and my work, and our healing journey and partnership together. This is a space of trust and mutual respect. You know your financial sustainability best. Simply select the rate that allows you to say yes to your healing — with ease, consciousness and without apology.

Donita is a transformative wellness practitioner dedicated to guiding individuals and groups on a profound journey of healing and self-discovery. With a wealth of expertise spanning body, mind, and spirit, Donita creates space for growth through her signature programs. Radical Radiance and Heartwaves Yoga- helping humans CtFD to heal from the inside out.
A passionate advocate for holistic well-being, Donita is an accredited Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher (CMMI ) and a seasoned Yoga Teacher (RYTT 200+), specializing in Restorative, Trauma-Informed, and Yoga Nidra practices (RYTT 90+). She is a Shamanic Reiki Master Teacher, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and a Ritual and Ceremony Creator. Drawing from her deep knowledge of healing arts, movement and creative expression, Donita teaches, coaches and creates individualized sessions, as well as classes and ceremonies, using healing practices and rituals for both individual and group celebrations and life markings. Her deepest offering is to foster healing and spread peace and love wherever she goes.
With a background as an Acting Coach/Teacher/Director, Donita’s multifaceted skill set empowers her to work from the inside out, creating transformative, nourishing, playful and deep experiences.
Through her unique combination of practice, ceremony and ritual, Donita helps individuals and groups reconnect with their inner radiance, honor connection, heal trauma, and cultivate lasting growth—empowering human BEINGS to step into their radiant, most radical selves.

*** Distance rates are lower due to lowered cost of some physical preparations
(e.g. laundry, transporting tools, prior physical preparation, travel and rent costs.
Distance Healing Rates are TBD on a case by case basis - Starting at $50 per session based on one hour minimum. Usually distance healing is 1 hour in total (15 minute check-in, 25-35 mins healing work, 15 min integration and reflection) All parts are important for a holistically complete session. These sessions will be facilitated through Zoom or phone.
